We desire to keep from organizing any more than necessary. As the need presents itself, then we will consider adding additional Elders, Deacons and teachers .  We are blessed with those the Lord has placed in areas that are necessary.

Elders have the responsibility of teaching and guiding the church into the teaching of the Word of God.

The minister leads the preaching of the word, teaching, and overseeing the new converts class with the the elders who also preach and teach and are overseers of the Sunday school programs.

 

Deacons do not form a pulpit committee, do not have charge of the offering or money management. An Elder is chosen to be responsible as the treasurer to record and oversee the monetary responsibilities and to give a quarterly report to  the membership.

Deacons.They are, as in the early days of the church, assisting members and communicating to the Church of any physical needs that are needed, responsible for keeping the physical requirements of the Lord's house, serving at the Lord's table for the Lord's supper, (We serve only grape juice and unleavened bread) and assisting with water baptisms. 

In case of Women being baptized, Deaconess, women, will assist the women as needed.
